Drum Ball (Cardio Drumming)
Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, Drum Ball transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, this exhilarating full-body workout provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
Fit Core Circuit
This class provides asimple yet challenging total body workout that’s designed to increase your heart rate with shorts periods of active recovery. Build your overall strength and endurance with exercises that are organized to give you a metabolic pump to help burn calories long after your workout is done. The modes of cardio drills and resistance training tools will vary to ward off boredom and to prevent your body from plateauing. Though these workouts will change periodically, the goal will remain the same: to deliver a safe and effective,high energy workout that will push you towards your limits yet remain accessible regardless of your fitness level or physical ability.
Kick n’ Bounce
This class is a fun combo of cardio kickboxing and hip hop aerobics. The kickboxing segment consists of simple punch and kick combos designed to make you sweat while you build strong lean muscle and increase your cardio endurance. And the bounce portion of the class will have you turn it up a notch with an energetic mix of exciting but simple hip hop dance moves. A thorough core workout routine completes the class. No complex choreography to get you stumped and all fitness levels are welcome to jump in on the fun!
Rock Your Ride
Choose your bike and be ready to challenge yourself with sprinting, climbing, and jumping drills. Let the electric energy of the music pump you up to ROCK YOUR RIDE! Burn calories, improve cardio health and build a lean and defined lower body! All fitness levels are WELCOME! Reserve your spot at the front desk ahead of time as the number of bikes is limited. This class begins with a total body warm up and progresses into a total body sculpting class. It is ideal for beginners or those of you who love the simple moves. The focus is on firming and toning the entire body through resistance exercises that are easy to follow and fun. Low impact cardio segments to keep the blood flowing will be mixed in keeping things interesting. Each class will include low back strengthening exercises and abdominals. You’ll finish the workout with gentle stretching.
TK is not your run-of-the-mill drill based cardio kickboxing class. You’ll have a blast getting into knockout shape—learning hard-hitting combos and losing yourself in the fun, fast rhythms of the pump-it-up music. Torch fat and carve lean muscle. The class consists of 45 min of punches and kicks combos and HIIT intervals (Turbos) followed by a lower body and core sections. This class will combine stretching with the use of foam rollers, PNF, and myofascial release to increase mobility, flexibility, and coordination. The class focus will change each week, but will always leave you feeling strong, empowered, and relaxed.
Stretch your whole body in this class. We will flow from simple yoga poses to deep long stretches that will revitalize, realign and reenergize all the major muscle groups. You’ll improve your flexibility, balance and range of motion, while also strengthening your core and improving joint function. This class will leave you relaxed and restored both in body and mind.
